Naxos Cozy News - A soul feeding experience

Before you book


We work with a 48h cut-off, meaning that all experiences are available up to 48h in advance. You may contact us to check availability after this cut-off time.


All group experiences are adult only (older than 16 years old), while all private experiences are available for families.


Unfortunately, the path to reach the secluded olive grove is not large enough for wheelchairs. While we are working at improving this point, we are unable to host guests in wheelchairs for now. We sincerely apologize for the disagreement, with is beyond our control.

Before you join


Absolutely! As a celiac, I totally understand the struggle and I am happy to cater any special need or request. Just let us know as soon as possible.


Please meet us directly at the Cozy Nest (see map on the experiences page and in your booking confirmation email). There is a couple of parking space where you can park your car while with us. Alternatively, you can ask for a private transfer service.


Unfortunately, we cannot come and pick you up as we are busy getting ready to host you. Hopefully, we partnered with the best private transfer services of the island. See your booking confirmation email for more information about how to book your private transfer.

Cancellations


To get a full refund, cancel up to one week before the beginning of the experience. Cancellations 4-7 days before the experience will be 50% refunded. Any cancellation less than 72h before the experience, for any reason, will result in a total charge, including any remaining balance. Cozy nest reserves the right to cancel the entire activity in case of bad weather conditions or other reason that render the activity impossible. In case of cancellation on our behalf, your deposit is fully refundable.


Once your booking has been cancelled by our team, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement. This delay depends on your bank, and we are not in control. We cannot refund another payment method and can only reverse the charge on the card you used.

Payment


We accept a 50% deposit to validate your booking. You can chose to pay the full amount directly when booking, or only the deposit. If there is a remaining balance, it will be settled on the day of your experiences, cash or by credit card.


We accept all major cards, including American Express, Visa and Master Card, debit or credit.


We will revert the charge to your former card, but your bank will be able to re-route the payment to your account even if your card expired. In any case, you can ask us to track the refund and we will provide you with an identifier to provide your bank with.
